We offer drop-shipping services to the connecting United States, Hawaii and Alaska. We do not offer a drop-shipping program for shipments into foreign countries.

 The method of shipping is decided by the customer. Shipping methods include the following: United Parcel Service and Priority Mail. If choice is not indicated, the order will he shipped by UPS when possible. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped by Priority Mail unless another shipping method is indicated by the customer.

 All drop-shipments must be prepaid. Prepayment includes the cost of the merchandise, freight charge and handling charges. All drop-shipments will be charged a $4.00 handling fee per shipping carton under $100.00.  A $7.50 handling fee will be charged for orders under $35.00. All upgraded members pay only $4.00 handling for orders under $100.00.  No $7.50 fees apply to upgraded members.  U.P.S. shipping charges are figured from the zone “7” column (residential zoned) of the UPS rate chart. Priority postage is figured from the zone “7” column of the postage chart. Freight is figured by the weight of the merchandise being shipped. The weight of each item is listed in the catalog.

 We will pack similar items together when possible, providing there will be no danger of damage to the merchandise during shipping. Merchandise shipped in case lots or shipments to one shipping address with a total invoice amount of $100 or more will not be charged the $4.00 handling fee. These drop-shipments will also be figured with actual shipping charges rather than using the drop-ship rate chart. In the event a drop-shipment is returned to us by your customer, you will be responsible for all freight and handling charges. A few reasons for customer return shipments are “no reply to carrier”, “incorrect shipping ad­dress” and “held in will call for 7 days”.

 The special label used on drop-shipments is our “Dallas Distribution Center”. This label cannot be traced back to C&S Marketing. Your name will be included on the label and on the “ship to” column of the packing list as the distributor. See example below:

 Researching drop-shipments can become very involved. An invoice copy of each drop-shipment will be mailed to your organization. This copy is for your permanent records. An additional copy will be placed in our files.

 Should you deem it necessary to check or trace a drop-shipment, please provide the following informa­tion: your customer number, the drop-ship customer’s name, address, city, state, date and invoice number
