• Orders under 500 units must pay shipping to your Cont. US location.
• Orders outside of Cont. US must pay all shipping cost plus any customs fees.
• Florida Residents must pay 6% sales tax if items are not for resale.
• For Resale items, you must submit your sales tax ID number.
• Payments must be received before final artwork approved for printing, etc...
• Payments made via Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer.

• Imprinting
  • Set Up Fees – All orders will have a setup fee of US$45.00 per color per order.  Reorders, the set up fee is US$30.00 per color per order.  Setup fees are assessed for each color on each product that is imprinted  (example:  100 units of ELFMAT and 100 units of ELCYBER will be billed US$90.00 for set up fees).
  • Graphic Approval – Order will not proceed until graphic for imprinting is approved by the purchaser.  Purchaser must supply camera ready art at time of Customer Purchase Order.
  • Types of Imprinting (each product will vary, check price list for type specific to products)
       a) Pad Print
       b) Screen 
       c) Laser
       d) Embroidery
       e) Engrave
  • Time Frames
       a) Normal Orders take approximately 2 weeks to complete and have ready for shipment.
       b) Rush orders in by noon will ship on the 5th business day.  Orders received after noon, will ship on the 6th business day.
  • Color Imprinting
       a) All standard colors are no extra charge i.e. primary and secondary colors
       b) All specialized colors that have a PMS# may be charged extra, contact Senior Marketing Executive for details at time of order.
       c) 2-color imprinting is available, but the logo or image must be submitted to and approved by imprinting dept. prior to approval of order.
